Job Summary


Rian is seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategies and policies, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment for employees.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Handle HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records and processing payroll.
  • Implement and manage HRIS to streamline HR processes and data management.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with management to support organizational goals and growth.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR-related matters.
  • Assist in conducting exit interviews and analyzing turnover trends.
  • Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Handle ad-hoc HR projects as required.

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR roles with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
  • Experience in using HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in HR trends and developments.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and HR-related software applications.
