The Role

Dear Candidate,

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Executive for our International Logistics Company. Below is a brief overview of the qualifications and responsibilities for this position.

Key Skills: Selecting and training personnel to manage supply chain complexity, ensuring job security, and managing team dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Manage employee compensations and benefit programs, coordinate with vendors to ensure benefits support employee needs, and train employees on program utilization.
  • Manage recruitment processes and procedures, administer employee benefits and compensation, develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and coordinate training and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and possess experience and reliability in handling budgets and HR procedures.
  • Master the Microsoft Office pack, including Excel, and have experience in remote management.

Logistics

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the logistics sector's dynamics and challenges, identifying required skills and aligning human resources management with business objectives.

Proficiency in supply chain management software, traceability systems, and data analysis is essential for optimizing human resource management operations.

  • Strong accounting and accounting software knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of human resource management experience preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
