Assistant Manager

At ACT Fibernet Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our human resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Consistently recruit excellent staff through targeted hiring strategies and rigorous interview processes.
  2. Maintain a smooth onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel supported and integrated into the team.
  3. Train, counsel, and coach staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  4. Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation, promoting a harmonious work environment.
  5. Carry out necessary administrative duties, such as data entry and record-keeping, to ensure efficient HR operations.
  6. Conduct performance and wage reviews to ensure fair compensation and recognize outstanding contributions.
  7. Develop clear policies and ensure policy awareness among staff, fostering a culture of compliance and responsibility.
  8. Prepare and present clear, concise reports to key stakeholders, highlighting HR metrics and trends.
  9. Deliver engaging and informative presentations to staff, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  10. Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  11. Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures, upholding fair practices and organizational policies.
  12. Maintain employee and workplace privacy, adhering to data protection regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
  13. Lead a team of junior human resource executives, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Pg Degree & Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  2. Experience in human resources or related fields, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  4. Experience in educating and coaching staff, enhancing their skills and performance.
  5. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations, upholding fair practices and organizational policies.
  6. Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy, adhering to data protection regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
  7. Ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations to staff, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  8. Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  9. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks, with competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  10. Desired skills and experience in HR Generalist, HR Jobs in Telecom.
