Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Forescout Technologies Inc. in Pune, India.
This role will be responsible for managing a broad range of human resources activities to support our business operations in India and ensure the effective and efficient delivery of HR services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably within a multinational company. They will have a comprehensive understanding of human resources best practices, principles, and procedures, as well as expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
About the RoleIn this role, you will work closely with employees and management to address and support HR needs, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. You will also be responsible for ensuring that a positive employee experience is developed, reinforced, and maintained.
You will assist in the implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the orientation process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- You will act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- You will address employee concerns and grievances, mediate disputes, and work towards conflict resolution.
- You will foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Have visibility and an understanding of the full recruitment process, implement recruitment strategies, and support the orientation process.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, address concerns and grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans and support the team in identifying and measuring annual goals.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations, develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and conduct regular audits.
- Training and Development: Support career development initiatives, identify training needs, and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Benefits: Assist the Global Benefits Manager in the administration of benefits programs and support employees with benefits enrollment queries.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, prepare HR reports, and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably within a multinational company.
- Comprehensive understanding of human resources best practices, principles, and procedures.
- Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Familiarity with performance evaluation methods and improvement strategies.
- Understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
- Knowledge of how to design training programs tailored to meet specific needs.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹20,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
