Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Transition Management Office (TMO). The TMO is a global team of experienced transition experts responsible for the full lifecycle of customer journeys from Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to transition executions.

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge, expertise, and experience in working with global application transition programs in complex and challenging environments. They will support end-to-end transition solutions, work on various initiatives to enhance the framework, automation, and CoE libraries, and develop amicable working relationships with teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Transition Managers in customizing and sizing transition solutions for various RFPs
  • Help create week-on-week transition ramp-up plans and provide complete inputs for transition budgets based on cost and effort models
  • Participate in internal reviews to get transition solutions ready
  • Support the creation of transition-related content and presentations for client bid defenses
  • Support due-diligence exercises
Transition Executions
  • Support Transition Managers in management, performance, and execution of transition programs
  • Monitor progress of transition plans and associated tasks against transition schedules, timelines, and milestones
  • Take minutes for transition cadence meetings
  • Identify, monitor, and manage risks or issues via an updated Transition Risk Register
  • Ensure critical milestones and deliverables are identified and completed on time
  • Monitor, track, and report against transition resource ramp-up plans
  • Work with cross-functional track leads for successful program/tower executions
Transition CoE Initiatives
  • Participate in CoE initiatives to enhance transition frameworks, accelerators, libraries, tools, and templates
  • Support preparation of content for analyst meets and other CoE initiatives aimed at increasing internal and external visibility
Must-have Competencies
  • Demonstrate good project management skills and experience in working on at least one application transition project
  • Logical mindset and ability to learn
  • Experience with Office Suites (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams)
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to develop amicable working relationships with teams
  • Effective written, oral communication, and presentation skills

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in the IT industry, a minimum of 1 year of transition experience, an MBA degree, and Scrum/Agile/PMP/ITIL/Six Sigma certification (good to have).
