Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled leader to drive the assessment and improvement of employee health and benefits programs for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing innovative solutions that enhance employee engagement and control costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analyses of client employee health and benefits programs, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize plan design, vendor relationships, and cost drivers.
  • Develop tailored recommendations to enhance benefits offerings and improve employee engagement, ensuring alignment with industry trends and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging benefits solutions and thought leadership in the field, delivering expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Cross-sell products and services to current clients and participate in prospecting opportunities with new clients, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver project plans and presentations for specific client groups, leveraging effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Develop and manage long- and short-range benefit strategies for clients, driving business outcomes and enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, webinars, and internal knowledge sharing on employee health and benefits topics, solidifying the company's position as a trusted authority in the field.
  • Identify and understand negotiable elements of underwriting calculations for employee health and benefits, providing valuable insights to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in a community, school, or college setting.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and drive results.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
