Job Title:
Business Development Director
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing performance metrics, conducting regular evaluations, and implementing streamlined approaches to enhance team sales skills.
As a key member of our leadership team, the Business Development Director will collaborate with the marketing team to plan local campaigns and promotional activities. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Business Development Director will work closely with senior faculty, freelancers, and industry leaders to drive learner outcomes and referrals. Additionally, this role involves maintaining brand standards, policies, and compliance as the bridge between franchise partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to enhance team sales skills.
- Enhance the sales process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined approaches.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Maximize conversion leads to enrollments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
