We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Specialist to drive customer satisfaction and exceed performance targets.
- This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing success plans, and providing guidance to customers in achieving their objectives.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer success or project management, with technical expertise in cybersecurity and strong analytical skills.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) for upsells and participating in presentations with key accounts.
- This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams to resolve technical questions or escalations.
- Help customers develop success plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success/project management role with a proven track record of success.
- Technical experience in the cybersecurity field with good analytical and project management skills.
- Proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to make independent decisions.
