About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Advisory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our advisory group, you will play a critical role in helping businesses scale rapidly through strategic financial planning and execution.

Aritra Partners is a leading provider of virtual CFO services, valuations, financial and tax due diligence, and tax advisory solutions. Our team has extensive experience working with start-ups and high-growth companies, providing tailored support to founders, investors, and businesses navigating rapid growth.

  • Serve as a Strategic Financial Partner:
  • Provide oversight on budgeting, MIS reporting, cash flow management, and investor communications.
  • Develop and implement financial discipline and governance frameworks tailored to scaling businesses.
  • Lead Valuations and Due Diligence Projects:
  • Support fundraises, secondary transfers, and M&A transactions while ensuring compliance with taxation laws.
  • Conduct buy-side/sell-side due diligence projects, including financial health checks, revenue/margin analysis, working capital assessments, and historical reviews.
  • Offer Tax Structuring Advice:
  • Advise on business models and transactions, including cross-border setups, holding structures, ESOPs, and exits.
  • Mentorship and Quality Assurance:
  • Manage multiple client engagements with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and ensure high-quality deliverables.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification with 4–6 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory at a mid-tier boutique advisory or in a start-up finance team. Your expertise should include FP&A, fundraise projects, accounting standards, taxation laws, financial modeling, and valuation principles.

You must possess an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Prior experience working with start-ups or within the start-up ecosystem is highly preferred.
