About Us

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain an efficient kitchen operation by constantly analyzing quality and cost of food production.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain set standards and monitor time management, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing training and ensure that company standards are followed, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure safe, quality food products and complete guest satisfaction, meeting the highest culinary standards.
  • Develop and comply with systems, procedures, rules, objectives, and timescales set by the organization, driving business growth.
  • Work within a technical/specialized area of expertise to improve the quality of service and product provided, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Achieve set goals in a non-assertive and efficient manner, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced culinary skills, leadership, and experience, with a minimum of 8 years in the profession (Quality Hotels and Restaurants).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role in a well-recognized luxury hospitality establishment or upscale cruise line.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Possess ability to lead and make decisions, driving business success.
