
Executive Office Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Office Manager to oversee daily operational activities and implement efficient administrative procedures.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Assess staff performance and provide coaching to ensure maximum efficiency and achievement of goals.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and materials, maintaining effective budgetary controls.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Coordinate and supervise other office activities, including event planning, housekeeping, and security.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Stay updated on organizational changes and business developments, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
- Facilitate the flow of information within the organization, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Negotiate with vendors and travel agents to secure optimal deals and services.
- Manage calendars, arrange travel itineraries, and accommodations for employees, ensuring seamless business operations.
- Select and coordinate with vendors, manage delivery commitments, and maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety measures and maintain office assets, annual maintenance contracts.
- Monitor expenses and submit reports to relevant authorities, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Requirements:
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation skills using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other software tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Good time management skills, prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- Proactive, reliable individual with the ability to perform well in challenging situations, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
