Job Summary:

A talented Backend Developer is sought after to build cutting-edge AI-driven products that revolutionize talent acquisition. This role involves designing and developing scalable backend systems and APIs, integrating AI capabilities like LLMs and agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs that integrate AI features
  • Collaborate with AI and product teams to translate AI models into production-ready features
  • Develop fast, asynchronous, and fault-tolerant microservices for handling complex user and candidate data flows
  • Build and optimize pipelines for prompt engineering and model evaluation
  • Ensure code quality with testing frameworks and implement monitoring for system reliability
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong backend development experience in Python or Java with emphasis on scalable system design
  • Hands-on experience integrating large language models into backend products
  • Practical knowledge of RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering
  • Familiarity with AI orchestration tools or frameworks like LangChain or similar pipeline tools
  • Experience evaluating and tuning model performance using tools like Evals or prompt tuning techniques
  • Proven ability to design fault-tolerant, asynchronous, and high-throughput backend systems
