Job Title : AI Driven Product Development

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with AI and product teams to translate AI models and workflows into production-ready features. This includes developing fast, asynchronous, and fault-tolerant microservices to handle complex user, candidate, and job data flows.

The key responsibilities include designing scalable backend systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing high-throughput backend systems, and ensuring code quality with testing frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong backend development experience in Python or Java with emphasis on scalable system design
- Hands-on experience integrating large language models into backend products
- Practical knowledge of RAG, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering used to deliver product features
- Familiarity with AI orchestration tools or frameworks like LangChain, Haystack, or similar pipeline tools
- Experience evaluating and tuning model performance using tools such as Evals or prompt tuning techniques
- Proven ability to design fault-tolerant, asynchronous, and high-throughput backend systems
