Key AI Product Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled developer to join our organization in building and shipping cutting-edge AI-powered products.

About the Role
  • Responsibilities will include owning end-to-end product development using Ruby and React, working tightly with stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will build and iterate fast—days not weeks—and implement intelligent workflows using Langchain and other LLM frameworks.
  • Achievements will be measured through direct integration and smart architecture.
Requirements
  • Product-driven mindset: The successful candidate will make tactical decisions fast and care deeply about product outcomes.
  • LLM / Langchain Equivalent experience: A proven track record of building real features or products using Langchain and understanding the LLM ecosystem is essential.
  • Agentic Flows: Experience in building agentic flows using LLMs is required.
  • Fullstack excellence: Seamlessly working across Ruby (backend) and React (frontend) with no handoffs or silos is crucial.
  • Zero-API mentality: Comfortable making decisions across the stack with minimal abstractions.
  • Launched real AI apps: At least one AI-powered product launch, preferably LLM-based.
  • Ownership mindset: Hands-on, bottom-line accountable, and thriving in unstructured environments.
Desirable Skills
  • Past experience building tools in CRM, SaaS, or automation.
  • Familiarity with agents, vector DBs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
