Job Description

Role Overview

Seeking a highly skilled AI Productivity Engineer to lead the development and integration of AI-driven solutions across multiple business functions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in AI, machine learning, and automation to build scalable tools, optimize internal processes, and directly contribute to accelerating our go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and integration of cost-effective AI systems, leveraging large language models (LLMs) and AI agents to optimize business operations, automate workflows, and enhance customer support.
- Develop and implement AI-based self-serve tools to reduce operational dependencies and boost team productivity.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed AI-driven automation into products, customer support, and internal operations.
- Set up evaluation frameworks for AI systems, drive experimentation, rapidly prototype solutions, and iterate from proof-of-concept to full-scale production deployment.
- Assist in developing AI roadmaps and strategies to drive innovation, ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance standards, and establish best practices for AI governance.

What We Look For

Skills:

- Strong experience in natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proven ability in building and integrating AI agents for various business functions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on performance optimization.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a minimum of 6+ years in software development.
- Bonus: Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools, along with a demonstrated track record of driving innovation through AI adoption.
