Job Title

Part of the AI Experiences group, we build AI products such as Virtual Agent, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and Knowledge Graph.

The team is at the forefront of redefining how enterprises harness AI to deliver meaningful outcomes.

We are positioned within ServiceNow's AI Innovation organization, unifying AI Search, Knowledge Graph, advanced Conversation Mining and Clustering.

This is the connective tissue that advances our enterprise search capabilities, helps customers uncover new opportunities, drives value, and enables real-time performance and CSAT measurement.

In this role, you will drive product strategy for Knowledge Graph and its enabling role in generative or traditional AI experiences across our product suite.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to roadmap definition, execution in collaboration with ML research, engineering, UX research, and design partners.

Key responsibilities include driving customer pilots, working with GTM teams to enhance adoption of Knowledge Graph, developing strategic communication, evaluating market and competitive landscapes, and translating complex problems into product features loved by customers.

To be successful, you need experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

A strong understanding of AI use cases, prioritization skills, discipline to focus on high-impact activities, and ability to serve as a team lead and coach employees at lower levels are also essential.

6+ years of AI product management experience are highly desirable.
