As a Platform Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between schools and parents by ensuring seamless communication and maximizing the impact of our platform. Your responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and activity providers to foster trust and mutual understanding.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and activity providers to foster trust and mutual understanding.
- Engage with schools through phone calls and onboarding processes, explaining the benefits and features of our platform.
- Verify class schedules, fees, and other details over phone and WhatsApp to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Follow up with parents who submitted inquiries to gather feedback and improve their experience.
- Maintain comprehensive records of outreach and feedback efforts.
- Strong spoken communication skills in English and Hindi to effectively interact with schools and parents.
- A friendly, empathetic, and confident demeanor when communicating over phone and WhatsApp.
- The ability to follow established processes, utilize templates, and update basic records.
- Independence and ownership of tasks, with minimal supervision required.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and web-based tools, with training provided as needed.
- Prior experience in customer support, inside sales, or school communication roles.
- Graduate degree from any stream, or currently pursuing studies while available part-time.
- Candidates with educational backgrounds or play school experience are given preference.
- Paid training and exposure to customer operations, education-tech, and product-driven work.
