Job Role Overview

The Junior Influencer Specialist is a pivotal role within the marketing ecosystem, focused on cultivating and managing relationships with influential figures across various categories in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create an extensive influencer database encompassing diverse categories, spanning platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with influencers, including strategic negotiations of commercial agreements.
  • Prepare comprehensive campaign reports utilizing Excel and PowerPoint to ensure data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate and manage timelines to guarantee timely delivery from both influencers and internal teams.
  • Identify top influencers across categories in India and develop impactful collaboration strategies.
  • Plan and execute campaigns aligned with client objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with exceptional presentation abilities.
  • Digital-first mindset, with a passion for internet and digital media.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a marketing agency.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, decode trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and adaptability in dynamic situations.
  • Passionate about building successful collaborations with influencers and driving business growth.
