Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in retail management to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets through effective merchandising and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to create an engaging shopping environment that drives sales and boosts brand image.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, stock levels, and staff performance metrics, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store culture that promotes teamwork, motivation, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve strategic objectives, including new store openings, product launches, and promotional events.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage store budgets and resources effectively, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
