Job Overview:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This includes ensuring that all opening and closing procedures are followed, as well as managing staffing and scheduling to meet business needs.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can lead our team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). As a Store Manager, you will be expected to train, coach, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Maintaining and updating inventory is also a critical aspect of this role. You will need to ensure that products are available on the sales floor and manage stock levels effectively to minimize losses.

Additionally, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
