Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our software operations team. As an Assistant Director of Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that drive efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Operational Planning: Develop and implement long-term operational strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and execute process enhancements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations with business strategies.
  • Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet operational demands and strategic initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for operational matters, effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of progressive experience in operations management within the software or technology sector, with a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience working on CRM tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, derive insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Leadership Competencies: Demonstrated experience in leading large teams, managing cross-functional projects, and influencing organizational change.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Advanced critical-thinking skills with a proactive approach to identifying solutions to complex operational challenges.
