As our Associate Director of Marketing Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategies to acquire new players across multiple channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative campaigns, manage marketing budgets, and utilize data to scale growth efforts effectively. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in performance marketing, digital advertising, and data analytics, ideally within the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Acquisition Strategies: Design and implement marketing strategies that drive user acquisition through digital platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, programmatic, influencers, etc.), social media, app stores, and other performance marketing channels.
• Growth Campaign Leadership: Lead cross-functional campaigns from planning to execution, coordinating with creative, product, and data science teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Budget Management: Manage large marketing budgets to maximize ROI while optimizing cost per acquisition (CPA), lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to track and measure campaign performance, make data-backed decisions, and adjust strategies to meet evolving business goals.
• A/B Testing & Optimization: Implement A/B testing, optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and customer touchpoints to improve conversion rates and overall user experience.
• Partnerships & Affiliates: Identify and nurture key marketing partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and platforms that align with the gaming audience.
• Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to develop innovative growth tactics.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of growth, experimentation, and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in marketing acquisition, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in gaming or a high-growth tech environment.
• Expertise in performance marketing across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, App Store Optimization (ASO), influencer marketing, and more.
• Proven track record in scaling user acquisition and optimizing marketing spend to drive growth.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.
• Excellent project management skills and experience handling cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming communities and trends.
