Director of Compliance

The Associate Director plays a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for spearheading compliance initiatives across diverse geographies.
This esteemed professional will possess 15+ years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a multinational organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the implementation of a global, standardized compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and enhance the organization's compliance framework.
- Manage evolving areas of personal compliance, including annual Code of Conduct confirmations, regulatory and legal attestations, learning compliance monitoring, and business unit confirmations.
- Cultivate relationships with global, area, and region-level risk and compliance teams to ensure aligned execution of the compliance program.
- Provide periodic reports to senior leadership on program health, key metrics, emerging risks, and testing results.
- Post-graduate degree in a related field.
- Recognized Compliance Management qualification (CAMS, CCEP, or equivalent) or willingness to obtain within six months.
- Experience of implementing a Compliance program management platform.
