Job Title: Senior IT Asset Management Trainer

Compliance and Optimization in IT Asset Management

We are seeking a senior professional with 10+ years of experience in driving compliance, cost optimization, and lifecycle governance of IT assets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITAM platforms and frameworks, as well as the ability to mentor and train new graduates and junior staff in industry best practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • IT Asset Lifecycle Management: manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Hardware Asset Management: oversee hardware asset management processes for accurate inventory tracking, asset optimization, and governance.
  • Software Asset Management: lead software asset management programs ensuring license compliance, audit readiness, and effective vendor management.
  • Cloud Insights: implement cloud insights practices to monitor, optimize, and report on cloud consumption and costs.
  • Configuration Management Database (CMDB): maintain and govern CMDB and asset repositories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IT governance standards.
  • Collaboration: collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams for cost-effective asset management and reporting.
  • Audit and Risk Assessment: conduct audits, reconciliations, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate IT asset-related risks.
  • Training and Development: train, coach, and mentor fresh graduates and junior IT staff on ITAM processes, compliance, and tools.
  • Automation and Continuous Improvement: drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within IT asset management.
