IT Asset Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the strategic management of IT assets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITAM platforms and frameworks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to retirement, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Oversee Hardware Asset Management processes for accurate inventory tracking, asset optimization, and governance, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Lead Software Asset Management programs ensuring license compliance, audit readiness, and effective vendor management, mitigating risks and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement Cloud Insights practices to monitor, optimize, and report on cloud consumption and costs, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Maintain and govern CMDB and asset repositories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IT governance standards, promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cost-effective asset management and reporting, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Conduct audits, reconciliations, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate IT asset-related risks, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Train, coach, and mentor junior IT staff on ITAM processes, compliance, and tools, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within IT asset management, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.
