Job Title: Executive Governance Specialist

As a pivotal role in the organizational structure, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as our Executive Governance Specialist. This position will oversee all governance and compliance functions, working closely with senior management and the Board of Directors to ensure the organization operates at the highest standards of regulatory and legal integrity.

  • Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Conduct board and committee meetings, draft minutes and resolutions, and maintain statutory registers.
  • Draft, review, and manage legal agreements, MoUs, and contracts with partners, vendors, and government bodies, along with our legal counsel.
  • Establish and manage the POSH framework.
  • Oversee intellectual property filings, data privacy frameworks, and cyber law compliance in alignment with technology-driven mandates.
  • Coordinate with regulators, external legal counsel, and auditors.
  • Contribute to internal policy formulation and ethical frameworks.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) and Law Graduate (LLB).
  • 10+ years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in a tech-driven company.
