Job Overview

The Team Supervisor leads the daily operations of the Audit & Assurance Department, ensuring timely communication with clients, quality control over work, team discipline, and knowledge sharing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure regular updates on project status and timely reporting to clients.
  • Review team outputs (workpapers, audit reports, and certifications) and maintain structured review documentation.
  • Track and consolidate daily work submissions from team members.
  • Organize learning initiatives and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Hold daily team meetings and periodic discussions with senior management.
  • Cascade training received from senior management to team members.
  • Guide team members to achieve performance benchmarks and optimize their output.
  • Maintain discipline and professional conduct at client sites.
  • Prepare and present project observations to senior management monthly.
  • Select and develop potential leaders across different projects.
  • Create internal project backups regularly for smooth handovers.
