Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Team Operations Manager to drive client success, manage stakeholders, and lead high-performing teams.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our organization as a Team Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving client key performance indicators (KPIs), managing stakeholders, and maintaining team performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Success: Drive client KPIs to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders to build strong relationships and achieve business objectives.
  • Team Performance: Maintain Attrition & Shrinkage of the team to optimize productivity.
  • Performance Management: Enhance employee engagement and productivity through effective performance management.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues that employees are not authorized to handle on their own.
  • Scheduling and Staffing: Deal with schedule changes, employee call-ins, and other staffing issues.
  • Filling Vacant Positions: Fill in for absent employees as needed to ensure smooth operation of the business.
  • Leadership: Act as a role model for all employees by exhibiting high service levels and attention to detail.
  • Task Delegation: Delegate tasks to employees to optimize productivity.
  • Day-to-Day Activities: Keep day-to-day activities organized to maximize efficiency.
  • New Hire Recruitment: Recruit and interview new hires to build a high-performing team.
  • Employee Supervision: Supervise employees and provide additional training and coaching as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train employees in proper safety procedures and provide updates as required.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address employee problems to ensure a thriving work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
  • Performance Metrics Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
  • Technical Skills: Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Organizational and Time-Management: Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Decision-Making: Decision-making skills.
  • Educational Background: Graduate in any stream.
  • Ownership and Pride: Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company success.
