Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Kochi.

The role involves providing technical support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues while maintaining excellent working relationships with users and peers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 desktop support for hardware, software, and networking problems up to the end-user level.
  • Communicate effectively with users and peers to resolve issues.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of concepts related to networking, TCP/IP, LAN troubleshooting, MS Office, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure, Windows 10 and 11, and Windows Server OS 2016.
  • Have knowledge of antivirus, VPN, endpoint security applications, and desktop applications.
  • Be able to follow documented issue resolution procedures and work proactively to resolve issues independently.
  • Meet the qualification requirements as specified below.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate without any arrears.
  • At least 0.6 month of experience in IT Support.

Required Skills:

  • Technical support experience.
  • Communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of desktop and networking issues.

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible schedule, willing to work outside core business hours as required.
  • Willingness to work in day/night shifts.
