Job Description

As a technical support engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing timely and effective support for their complex post-sales concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to customers and partners through various channels including phone, email, and remote access.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and technical bulletins.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a technical support environment is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
  • Expertise in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, IP routing, HTTP/HTTPS, Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS, etc.).
