Job Title:

Achieve success as a skilled Network Support Professional

We are seeking an expert Network Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in System Desktop Administration, Customer Service, Incident Change Release management, and Support for various third-party applications on Windows Platforms.

  • Provide on-site assistance with console access to Router, Switch, Firewall, etc.
  • Support L1 & L2 IT Networking tasks, including desktop support, hardware installation, replacement, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with different operating systems such as iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in System Desktop Administration, Customer Service, Incident Change Release management, and Support for various third-party applications on Windows Platforms.
  • Professionally trained and certified in IT Infrastructure Library, Windows Server Administration.
  • Basic understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, wireless LAN, Ethernet desktop configuration issues, and subnetting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical troubleshooting experience with different OS.
  • Hands-on experience with various network devices and technologies.

  • Ensuring that all IT equipment is functioning correctly.
  • Providing training and guidance to junior staff members.
