We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Lease Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex financial analysis, preparing lease-related disclosures, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis of lease data to identify trends and provide insights to business stakeholders.
  • Prepare accurate and timely lease-related disclosures for financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Partner with lease accounting, RTR Accounting, and Fixed Asset teams to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions as required.
  • Develop and maintain standard reports for leases that cater to local requirements, facilitating effective RE Operations/Controllership team performance.
  • Provide relevant reports for buy vs. lease analysis and finance vs. operating leases, supporting informed business decisions.
  • Oversee lease rental expenses and ensure they are managed efficiently in Tririga, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the global lease accounting process, implementing process improvements and automations as needed.
  • Collaborate with Controllership and other teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A qualified CA & CMA certification with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in lease accounting, with advanced data analytical skills using spreadsheets or business intelligence tools.
  • Experience in SAP is preferred, as well as exposure to Power BI.
