Internal Communications Professional

We are seeking an all-rounded communications professional with a creative spark and a passion for building culture from the inside out.

As part of our team, you will ideate, design, and execute compelling internal campaigns that engage employees, embed purpose, and strengthen connection across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft Campaigns That Matter: Drive internal communications campaigns end-to-end — from ideation to design, execution, and post-campaign measurement.
  • Design with Impact: Translate ideas into visually appealing content using Canva and design tools like Corel Draw, Illustrator (Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus).
  • Communication In Motion: Build organizational messaging in the form of videos, in the most creative way possible.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with HR, Admin, Facilities, L&D, and BU leaders to create unified and strategic messaging.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–4 years in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytelling.
  • Design Acumen: Hands-on with Canva, Corel Draw (or Illustrator) is a must. Knowledge of Photoshop is a strong plus.
  • Any Editing Software – Adobe Photoshop, Canva Video, etc.
  • Brand Thinking: Solid understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual consistency.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, visual comms or a related field.
  • AI Curiosity: Exposure to creative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E) is a bonus.
