Embark on a pioneering journey as our Chief Technology Lead, where you'll shape the future of wealth creation. Our seed-stage startup is backed by a compelling vision to democratize intelligent investing in India.

We're building a secure, high-performance platform that establishes a new financial habit for millions. As our founding Chief Technology Lead, you'll lead, mentor, and code alongside a small but passionate team, translating vision into architecture.

You'll design, build, and scale our platform, making key decisions on our stack (Python/Go, React, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes) balancing speed, security, and scale. Engineer for compliance, embedding SEBI and RBI regulations into our product's DNA.

Own integrations with critical systems like SCORES and payment gateways, ensuring trust and integrity from day one. This is a hands-on role – you'll write critical code, review PRs, mentor engineers, and build a culture of technical excellence.

Champion Innovation, spearheading deep tech initiatives – AI-powered personalization and blockchain-based audit trails. Be our technology ambassador, interfacing with regulators, partners, and investors, translating our technical vision into credibility and innovation.

Key Skills:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in FinTech, WealthTech, or BFSI, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Modern technical skills, expertise in scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Founder's mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach and ownership mentality.
