About the Opportunity:
The Community Ambassador will play a key role in building and nurturing a vibrant, collaborative environment. This includes ensuring an exceptional member experience, fostering engagement, and managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Member Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for members, addressing their needs and resolving issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with members by actively understanding their requirements and feedback.
- Tours & Onboarding:
- Conduct tours for potential clients, showcasing facilities and membership options.
- Lead the onboarding process for new members by providing orientation and helping them integrate smoothly into the community.
- Community Development & Engagement:
- Plan and organize networking events, workshops, and social gatherings to encourage collaboration among members.
- Foster meaningful connections and collaborations among members to strengthen the community.
- Cultivate an inclusive, positive, and supportive culture that celebrates diversity and engagement.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day space operations, including reservations, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
- Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and overall well-being of the workspace.
- Manage membership contracts, invoicing, and record-keeping to ensure smooth operations.
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that attract new members.
- Promote events, programs, and community updates through various communication channels.
- Support strategies aimed at boosting awareness, driving engagement, and improving member retention.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Analyze data related to occupancy, space utilization, and member satisfaction to measure performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and share insights with management to support decision-making and operational improvements.
- Conflict Resolution:
- Proactively identify and address member concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Mediate conflicts and resolve disputes in a constructive manner to maintain a respectful environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse members.
- Organizational skills to manage operations and events of the workspace.
- Knowledge of industry trends, community management best practices, and facility management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
