Community Ambassador Role

About the Opportunity:

The Community Ambassador will play a key role in building and nurturing a vibrant, collaborative environment. This includes ensuring an exceptional member experience, fostering engagement, and managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Engagement:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for members, addressing their needs and resolving issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with members by actively understanding their requirements and feedback.
  • Tours & Onboarding:
    • Conduct tours for potential clients, showcasing facilities and membership options.
    • Lead the onboarding process for new members by providing orientation and helping them integrate smoothly into the community.
  • Community Development & Engagement:
    • Plan and organize networking events, workshops, and social gatherings to encourage collaboration among members.
    • Foster meaningful connections and collaborations among members to strengthen the community.
    • Cultivate an inclusive, positive, and supportive culture that celebrates diversity and engagement.
  • Operations Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day space operations, including reservations, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
    • Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and overall well-being of the workspace.
    • Manage membership contracts, invoicing, and record-keeping to ensure smooth operations.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that attract new members.
    • Promote events, programs, and community updates through various communication channels.
    • Support strategies aimed at boosting awareness, driving engagement, and improving member retention.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Analyze data related to occupancy, space utilization, and member satisfaction to measure performance.
    • Prepare detailed reports and share insights with management to support decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Conflict Resolution:
    • Proactively identify and address member concerns with empathy and professionalism.
    • Mediate conflicts and resolve disputes in a constructive manner to maintain a respectful environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse members.
  • Organizational skills to manage operations and events of the workspace.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, community management best practices, and facility management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
