Community Management

  • Identify and onboard new community contributors, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Collaborate with creators to develop unique content formats, including city walkthroughs and experiences.
  • Maintain open communication channels with community members, addressing concerns and feedback in a timely manner.
Systems and Operations

We require a highly organized individual to manage our backend systems, ensuring seamless community operations across cities.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient onboarding processes for new community contributors.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and playbooks to scale community operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect community insights to product improvements and events.
Engagement and Strategy

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engagement campaigns, tracking community health metrics, and providing qualitative insights to inform business decisions.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement weekly and monthly engagement campaigns to drive community participation.
  • Track community health metrics, including retention, activation, contributions, and sentiment.
  • Provide regular feedback to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
