  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop low-level technical designs.\
  • Resource Planning: Plan, track, and manage project resources, including budgeting and vendor management. Ensure effective onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.\
  • Agile Methodologies: Implement and promote Agile practices across teams to enhance collaboration, improve delivery speed, and foster continuous improvement.\
  • Risk Identification: Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively communicate risks to stakeholders.\

Key Skills and Qualifications
