Job Title: Director of Technology

    • Develop and execute training programs to enhance digital literacy and technical skills within the organization.
  • Digital Transformation:
    • Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve guest experience, increase operational efficiency, and enhance revenue growth.
    • Promote green IT practices and sustainable technology solutions throughout the organization.
  • Requirements:
    • Proven track record of leading successful IT projects and teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Skills:
      • Cloud Computing:
        • AWS/Azure/GCP certifications
        • Experience with cloud migration and management
      • Cybersecurity:
        • CISA/CISM/CISSP certifications
        • Expertise in threat detection and incident response
      • Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning:
        • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks
        • Understanding of natural language processing and computer vision
