Employee Experience Specialist Role

Job Overview

We are seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to enhance the overall employee experience across our organization. This role will focus on designing and implementing engagement programs, surveys, and transparent communication initiatives to drive employee satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and execute structured onboarding programs, track employee journeys, and provide insights to managers to improve retention.
  • Onboarding Experience & Employee Journey: Own end-to-end onboarding processes, maintain employee journey dashboards, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Generate dashboards and reports with actionable insights, use HR data to identify trends, and partner with senior leaders to inform strategic decisions.
  • Surveys & Insights: Design and manage engagement, pulse, and exit surveys, analyze data, and recommend changes to strengthen employee satisfaction and retention.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to align engagement initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Partner with employees and HR teams to ensure employee voices are heard and acted upon.
Process Improvement & Initiatives
  • Identify and implement process improvements in employee experience initiatives.
  • Stay updated with best practices in employee experience.
  • Lead special initiatives that strengthen culture and organizational alignment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
