Domestic Employee Benefit Broking Sales Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Domestic Employee Benefit Broking Sales efforts in the West Region.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of group insurance (Health, Life, GPA) and solution-based selling skills in a competitive market.

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute regional sales strategies for Employee Benefit Broking in alignment with national goals.
  • New Client Acquisition: Prospect and acquire mid to large corporates for group insurance broking services including GHI, GTL, GPA, and voluntary benefits.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across major cities in the West; drive performance and market penetration.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams – Claims, Placement, Retention, Wellness, Digital, and Underwriting – to deliver seamless client experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 15+ years in employee benefit broking or corporate insurance sales; minimum 3 years in a regional leadership role.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Insurance, or related fields. III/IRDA certifications preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Deep understanding of group insurance products
  • Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
  • Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
