Job Title: Employee Relations-Executive

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our Employee Relations practices and develop a people strategy that drives business success.

  • This role is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with existing business consultants in the US, implementing sound resolutions, and addressing complex issues.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good people management skills, and good decision-making & analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement employee relations practices that align with business objectives.
  2. Maintain a positive relationship with existing business consultants in the US, addressing questions and complex issues.
  3. Collaborate with all levels of management to ensure excellent Collabera experience for consultants, including business conduct, terminations, restructuring, and HR policies.
  4. Evaluate and review employment decisions in response to employee concerns.
  5. Generate business leads and opportunities through referrals and redeployment by networking with consultants.
  6. Design and implement trending analysis and ER metrics.
  7. Directly handle a caseload of highly complex ER matters and investigations.
