Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by achieving monthly and quarterly targets for tooling solutions.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Foster strong customer relationships to ensure timely collections and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate product awareness and promote tooling capabilities through presentations, demonstrations, and exhibitions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close deals effectively.
  • Provide technical consultation services to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Liaise with design and production teams to ensure feasibility and customization of tooling products.
  • Offer post-sales support and address performance-related queries to maintain customer trust.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 2–6 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in pharma tooling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to travel across regions as required.
