System Operations Specialist Role

The position of System Operations Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of our Access Control and CCTV systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical product support, with experience in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining software and hardware.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver configuration assistance for Access Control and CCTV systems
  • Analyze and troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to Access Control CCTV systems and other CSI applications
  • Provide remote support to internal clients on system configuration
  • Identify and investigate system failures and offer support to on-site technicians for repair
  • Pursue system issues through to resolution within agreed timeframes
  • Elevate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure security system applications on servers
  • Monitor application services hosted on servers 24x7
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Access Control and CCTV systems
  • Experience in Installation and Maintenance of Access Control and CCTV Systems
  • Expertise in CCURE 9000 and CCURE GO software and associated hardware
  • Knowledge of enterprise CCTV systems like Intellicene (Cognyte/Verint) Symphia VMS, Genetec video solutions
  • Experience in Windows Server Operating systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Troubleshooting and reverse engineering skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/ Computer Science or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in SQL and PowerShell programming

Working Hours:

Staff will work in shifts including night shifts. Working hours will be 9 hours a day, 5 days a week.
