Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Associate. This position will involve working with cutting-edge technology to drive business growth and improve efficiency.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring key engine parameters, detecting impending failures, and assessing engine performance. You will also be required to analyze trends and data, utilizing your knowledge of aviation terms and troubleshooting skills to make informed decisions.

Additionally, you will be expected to evaluate current engine performance, recommend course corrections, and communicate effectively with product line teams and customers. Daily customer reports must be prepared and published in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will drive and support continuous improvement efforts through LEAN philosophy.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (A & C)
  • Experience in Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) and Trend interpretation
  • Previous experience in Engine Condition Trend Monitoring (ECTM) role
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing/understanding skills
  • Problem solving skills with customer-centric approach
  • Demonstrated proficiency with written English and neutral English accent
  • Flexible schedule including weekend or night shifts
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
