Role Overview

As a Placement Coordinator, you will be responsible for building strong industry connections, coordinating with recruiters, and guiding students toward successful careers in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, ground handling companies, airports, and other aviation industry employers.
  • Identify placement opportunities and drive recruitment partnerships for our students.
  • Coordinate student training, grooming, and interview preparation for aviation job roles.
  • Organize career fairs, campus interviews, and industry networking sessions.
  • Track placement progress and maintain detailed reports of student employability and outcomes.
  • Stay updated with aviation industry hiring trends and align placement strategies accordingly.
  • Act as a bridge between students and employers to ensure smooth placement processes.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in the aviation industry (airlines, airports, ground handling, aviation training, etc.).
  • Strong industry network and understanding of aviation job roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with a student-first approach.
  • Minimum (3+ years) of relevant experience.
