Aircraft Documentation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Documentation Specialist with a strong background in creating high-quality technical documentation for aircraft maintenance, operations, and regulatory compliance.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. As an Aircraft Documentation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation that supports aircraft maintenance, operations, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for aircraft maintenance, operations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and standards related to aviation and technical writing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Technical Writing, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
  • Proven experience working with Airbus manuals and familiarity with Airbus documentation standards.
  • Proficiency in using authoring tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with aircraft systems, components, and maintenance procedures, particularly on Airbus aircraft models (A320, A330, A350, A380).
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations and standards, such as ATA iSpec 2200 and S1000D, is preferred.
