Job Description

As a strategic leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for our organization. Your team will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and leveraging data to inform and refine sourcing strategy implementation.

Key responsibilities include leading and overseeing a team of Talent Intelligence Specialists, developing a robust multi-channel search strategy, building intellectual capital, preparing talent reports, and providing strategic guidance to stakeholders.

You will play a key role in shaping how our organization is perceived in the talent market, directly impacting our ability to attract top talent. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals committed to finding the best talent for our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience setting up and leading a sourcing or talent intelligence team within a large complex organization.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful sourcing strategies both internally and externally.
