Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to manage complete bookkeeping in Zoho Books, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, JVs, and adjustments.
  • The ideal candidate will create and manage international client export invoices in Zoho Books and handle bank reconciliations with precision.
  • Key responsibilities include recording and tracking accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for accurate reporting and month-end closures with audit-ready documentation.
  • Additionally, the successful applicant will oversee vendor invoice tracking, expense management, and payroll processing in Zoho Books or related tools.
  • This role also involves handling TDS, GST filings, and Softex documentation for IT/ITES compliance and ensuring smooth audit processes.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT/ITES export accounting.
  • Mandatory expertise in Zoho Books for full-cycle bookkeeping, international client invoicing, and reconciliation is essential.
  • Familiarity with tools or methods for vendor invoice tracking, payment reconciliation, and payroll processing is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, including full-cycle bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
