About the Role

We are hiring an Accounts Executive on behalf of our client in the waste management industry. This is a strong career opportunity for individuals with 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience to contribute to a growing business while advancing their professional expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, payments, receipts, contra).

  • Handle GST & TDS accounting, returns, and compliance (mandatory).

  • Manage bank reconciliation (BRS) and ensure accurate monthly billing.

  • Maintain proper records, documentation, and filing.

  • Coordinate with internal team members for smooth workflow.

  • Prepare and assign bills to concerned individuals.

Required Skills

  • GST & TDS knowledge and compliance experience (mandatory).

  • Strong knowledge of Sales, Purchase, GST, and TDS accounting (frameless and proper compliance).

  • Proficiency in MCS Accounting Software.

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and data management.

  • Good organizational skills and documentation discipline.

  • Ability to understand English (speaking fluency not mandatory).

Education

  • Mandatory: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)

Experience

  • 2–3 years of core accounting experience (including GST & TDS compliance)

Work Hours

  • Full-time: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

  • Bonus: Equivalent to 1 month's pay annually

  • Leave Policy: 15 days paid leave per year (eligible for encashment)

  • Appraisals: Annually (new joiners eligible after 9 months)

  • Retention Benefit: 10% of salary retained for 20 months, repayable after 24 months

  • PF & ESI: Applicable as per statutory norms

  • Professional Tax: ₹200 per month (all employees)

  • Open for Male / Female candidates

  • Must be based in Surat

  • Immediate joiners preferred
