Pet Wellness Creative Strategist

Description
As a Pet Wellness Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies to drive business growth through paid advertising channels. Your work will focus on deepening customer understanding, creating engaging ad copy, and leading the creative engine that powers our paid media efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Lead ongoing research into pet parent needs: review mining (pet reviews, competitor reviews, audience insights, pain point mapping).
  • Develop frameworks that identify stages of awareness (problem aware, solution aware, unaware) and translate them into actionable ad concepts.
  • Translate insights into a clear roadmap of creative angles, hooks, and concepts.
  • Track what's tested vs. untested, learnings, and iteration pathways.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in creative strategy for paid ads (D2C brand or agency background preferred).
  • Proven track record of scaling ads across Meta, YouTube, or TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of direct response copywriting and creative frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing metrics and how creatives impact them.
  • Dog parent – non-negotiable. We want someone who understands our audience because they live it.
